One of our regular customers asked us to produce the 'ultimate cheese & marmite sausage' using our bold approach to flavours and techniques.

 

Now, we need to make this a VEX sausage with so we are going to make the sausages in a distinctive two-tone colour using a special stuffing technique. Each sausage will be handcrafted using a unique yin-yang stuffing technique, creating two distinct halves running the full length of the sausage.

 

One side will be packed with mature Cheddar, Red Leicester and fresh chives for a rich, creamy and indulgently cheesy bite. The other side delivers a deep savoury hit of Marmite, dark stout, caramelised onion and cracked black pepper, bringing layers of umami and a subtle malty richness.

 

It should be quite the spectacle!
