Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Where possible, we may request photographic evidence to help us assess the issue.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Our products are carefully packed to maintain safe temperatures during transit. We are not responsible for issues resulting from missed deliveries or failure to refrigerate or freeze products promptly upon arrival.
