Shipping Policy

We deliver across mainland United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.
We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or offshore locations.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on scheduled delivery days to ensure products arrive in optimal condition. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery

While we aim to deliver on the specified date, deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer. We dispatch all orders as scheduled, however delivery timelines are subject to courier operations and location and cannot be guaranteed once dispatched.

Orders are packed using insulated packaging designed to maintain safe temperatures for up to 48 hours, ensuring product integrity in the event of minor delays.

Receiving Your Order

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery details
Ensuring someone is available to receive the order where required

Upon delivery:

Products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately
If items arrive defrosted but still cold to the touch, they may be safely refrozen and consumed

We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from missed deliveries or delays in proper storage after delivery.

Dispatch Name

Some orders may be dispatched under the name “Mucca Wellingtons” as part of our fulfilment process. All products are produced and supplied exclusively by VEX Meats.

Issues with Orders

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Where possible, photographic evidence may be required.
