Originally created especially for a wedding we're catering, we've made a little extra with only a small number of packs available.
 
A rich, indulgent black pudding made with traditional haggis, coarse pinhead oats and Laphroaig Select Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, bringing its distinctive smoky, peaty character to the mix.
 
Slow-smoked over hickory and cut into generously thick slices, it's deeply savoury and peppery, with warming spice, toasted oats and layers of whisky and wood smoke.
 
Fry or grill until beautifully crisp and caramelised on the outside while remaining rich and tender in the middle.
