Made in collaboration with Condimaniac using their spice blend, this sausage is seasoned using their signature Irish-Style Spice Bag seasoning — a punchy blend of sea salt, sugar, chili flakes, garlic, sweet paprika, Sichuan pepper and Chinese five spice that captures the intensely salty, spicy and fragrant character of the original dish.
